AI assistant privacy
The assistant provides general guidance about beWanted. It does not receive your session and cannot access your account, candidates, contracts or other communities’ records.
What is sent
When you send a question, Cloudflare Workers AI processes its text and recent turns of this conversation, together with reviewed public beWanted information, to generate a response. Do not share passwords, CVs, documents, personal or confidential information.
Conversation and retention
The conversation stays in this tab’s memory. Closing and reopening the panel does not clear it; New conversation removes it from the interface and subsequent requests. Reloading the page also resets it. In the hub, changing user, company or language and logging out resets it. beWanted does not store questions or answers in the assistant database or application logs.
According to its documentation, Workers AI does not use content to train models and, for standard inference without stateful features, does not retain inputs and outputs once no longer needed to serve the request. Legal and security exceptions apply and operational metadata may be retained. This assistant does not use AI Gateway conversation logging or caching.
Abuse protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile. A temporary verification proof lasts ten minutes; public chat may store it in a secure cookie. To limit use and cost, the counter keeps timestamps, usage reservations and a daily-changing identifier derived from the IP using HMAC. It does not store the raw IP or conversation content. These records are deleted after 32 days on the next admitted request. Cloudflare also processes technical data needed to provide and secure the service.
